Your customers can generate and check as many previews as they want at no cost. This lets them freely explore different photos, increasing their confidence and your orders.
We charge a small transaction fee per line item only when a print file is generated for an order. This covers the processing power, storage, and file creation costs.
All your preview and production files are securely stored in our cloud. No need to set up your own storage service or worry about third-party integrations.

In this example, your customer places an order worth €129.80 with four different items. You only pay Instant Art Kit's flat fee on line items you've configured to use Instant Art Kit for print file generation — not a percentage of the order.
The custom diamond painting (€29.95) was set up in Instant Art Kit to generate print files, so you pay the €1.00 Starter-plan fee for that item, regardless of its price — lower on Growth, Scale, and Pro. The other three products (standard kits and accessories) are not configured in Instant Art Kit, so they have no fees.

Every plan includes unlimited preview generations, print file creation, adjustable print templates, DMC color palette matching, and print file order tracking. Higher tiers lower your per-item transaction fee and add priority processing, priority support, and dedicated onboarding.
We charge a small flat fee per line item only when a print file is generated for an order. Preview generations are always free, so your customers can explore as many photos as they want without any cost to you.
